AK Hair Professional is more than happy to accommodate exchanges or returns of hair extensions and other merchandise if in resell-able condition, which means they have NOT been opened, worn or tampered with.
You may exchange or return your AK Hair Professional merchandise ONLY if they have NOT been opened and not taken out the original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. AK Hair Professional Extensions are packaged with a special security seal which identifies if the extensions have been removed from the cardboard backing to which they are attached.
AK Hair Professional will exchange merchandise within the same price range with no additional charge. However, if you wish to exchange your merchandise for an item in a different price range your exchange will be treated as a return.
In order to start the return or exchange process you must first contact us at email@example.com within our 30-day return period. We will then provide you with our return address and shipping instructions. All AK Hair Professional merchandise must be shipped back unopened, in the original packaging, and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or an exchange/return will not be issued. All exchanges/returns must be accompanied by a copy of your order invoice. The returned item(s) will be inspected to see if you qualify for an exchange/refund. Opened merchandise will not be exchanged or refunded.
You are responsible for all exchange/return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your item to be exchanged/returned with a tracking number as AK Hair Professional will not be held responsible for any lost items.
Also please indicate on the package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or your package will be returned to you ONLY if you are international.
